It all begins at the core.


Core sessions are programs that focus on maintaining what you’ve already accomplished in a Brik and are designed to continue building strength and endurance. These sessions are five weeks long, with two back-to-back sessions, giving you ten weeks to stay strong and improve your physical fitness level and healthy eating habits. Core classes include 2 Kaia cross-training workouts, Kaia Flow, and a run/walk day or Power Hour day. Classes vary depending on the location.
