Experience the best boot camp workouts!
A BRIK or “Boot Camp” is Kaia’s signature, six week program designed to help you reach your health and fitness potential. The session starts with an orientation where we will record your current weight, measurements and physical fitness level. These assessments will help us both gauge where you are when starting the program and will allow us to tailor it to your needs. We will also provide you with nutritional guidance and teach you about eating lean, green foods to make you successful in your workout and in your life.
We expect you will experience awesome workouts, see great results and meet incredible people along the way. BRIKs are special for that reason.
Each BRIK program includes:
- Physical assessments (optional: body weight, body fat %, inches)
- Step-by-step meal plan
- Kaia Kook Book (over 100 Kaia-approved recipes)
- Nutritional guidance and support
- Fit testing (track growth of strength)
- 18 Kaia cross-training workouts (3 levels of modifications to accommodate all athletic abilities)
- 6 Kaia Flow workout (Power Yoga or Pilates)
- 6 Kaia Ventures (long and steady run or walk)
- Personal training in a group atmosphere
- SWAG (Kaia gear)
- End of BRIK obstacle course & after-party to celebrate all your hard work!
