Strengthen your body to your core!
Core sessions are programs that focus on maintaining what you’ve already accomplished in a BRIK and are designed to continue building strength and endurance. These sessions are five weeks long, with two back-to-back sessions, giving you ten weeks to stay strong and improve your physical fitness level and healthy eating habits.
Core Sessions are also a great place to start if you new to exercise. Every workout is different and engages all major muscle groups. Our innovative levels of modifications allow women of all ages, fitness levels & body types to participate and succeed.
Core Sessions include:
- 10 Kaia cross-training workouts
- 5 Kaia Flow workout (Power Yoga or Pilates)
- 5 long and steady run or walk
- Nutritional support
- Full-body workouts
- Personal training in a group atmosphere
